Technical specification of the PZ Pilot system

1. Spray printing technology: the powered spraying head technology of third generation can be employed with both the penetrative ink and the impermeable ink.

2. Printing speed: the high-speed spraying head has a linear speed of 61 meters per minute and a resolution of 200dpi

3. Definition of vertical spray printing: diagrammatic presentations, small characters and bar codes can be clearly printed with 185dpi

4. Definition of horizontal spray printing: 200dpi

5. Maximum font height: 1.8cm

6. Clock: correct time, equipped with stand-by batteries

7. Indication for ink starvation: the LED can indicate ink starvation with optional warning light

8. User interface: ID/2 terminala standard user interface with the system program, information storage and information retrieval; PCoptional interface using the ImageMaster software to store graphics, pictures, bar codes or additional characters.

9. Sensor of the product: reflection type, with light perception or other type for option

Description of the PZ Pilot software

1. Characteristics of the software: counting of the products, clock of 24 hours system, numbering order of 8- or 12-hour shift, date in the Gregorian calendar, month named with three letters, day of the week, guarantee period, delayed , word width, edition/deletion/copying of the diagrammatic presentation, reverse spray printing, inverted spray printing, bold spray printing

2. Lines of the information: each piece of text information can be four lines

3. Amount of information: it can store 128 pieces of information

4. Length of information: each piece of information can include 128 characters, and it can store a piece of information of 120 inches if the ImageMaster software is employed.

5. Word set: three kinds of self-contained standard word sets (Arial, Courier, and Lucida); other character styles can be installed by word set software

6. Text size: seven built-in character styles, with text heights between 1.6mm and 18mm

7. Bar code: UPC, a built-in form, and information of other bar codes can be downloaded

8. Logo: can be downloaded from the ImageMaster software

9. Usage of inks: designed in accordance with the requirements of each piece of information

10. ImageMaster software: used for the bar codes and diagrammatic information; can retrieve the bar codes and diagrammatic information through the ID/2 hand-held input unit
